Crim Festival 10-Mile Run

The famous 10-mile run at the Crim Festival of Races in Flint, MI, USA. Always won by a Kenyan, but the other 6000 of us still manage to have a lot of fun, at least until we get to the infamous "Bradley hills" at the halfway mark.

Comment from Daiyan: I think this one, the greenalp.com map, is a keeepr. It's showing my really exciting track up and down Transit Road today. It even shows my stop in the lot at WalMart.The other map only shows a dot for my current position and doesn't show any tracks. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I only want to run one of these apps on my phone while I'm on my trip.Now that they turned on the embedded map for me, I think this one is the winner and will take over the cycle trip page.Tracks should show any movement for the past 24 hours, so it should make my trip apparent at least for the past day.

So pretty much my situation is i had been eat cleaning for months. to me that meant a meal plan like oats, egg whites, cinnamon, chia seeds for breakfast and lean chicken turkey, sweet potatoes, coconut oil and lots of veggies for other meals. I was very clean and was strict on sodium and macros. i worked out almost every morning and i was lean and toned. i followed lots of your recipes and ideas too!:) but then i went on a three week vacation. i binged everyday. i would stuff myself full of ben and Jerry's, ritz crackers, peanut m&ms, animal crackers, sushi, chocolate and other junk. i never enjoyed any of it though,i would punish myself by eating. i am depriving myself of veggies, water and wearing makeup because i hate myself now. i am not sure why either. anyway now i crave all that junk. i used to never crave that crap:( i am so frustrated i dont have the small, cute, toned body i used to! i put on 10 lbs!! 10 real lbs, its not water weight cuz its been a while. i am chunky, cellulitely, and self conscious. i have a small frame so 10 lbs looks bad. i am kinda lost in what to do. somedays i just cry myself to sleep because i am so repulsed by the way i look. i want to get out of this rut! i want to be small and lean again, i just feel like i have no self control because i seriously eat so much(emotional though).i cant feel full or hunger so its hard to know when to stop. i feel the desire to eat and i feel cranky when its been over 4 hours.. Comment from Luis: My wife loves hers. Get one with voice recogniton, and a big sceern (4.3 minimum). That should be easy to do, those are common features. Don't waste your money on all the bells and whistles, (like traffic and weather reports, or multiple addressing), you won't use them. Go with a mid price model with a large sceern.Garmin is very easy to use, accurate, and competitively priced. The program is real intuitive, so you don't have to give it a lot of attention while driving, because it just makes sense.You don't need to subscribe to anything, but if you want updated maps every few years, you have to pay for those.

It would be nice to have a computer for it when you want to update the maps in it. They are way easy to use, mine was less than $300, and I an not sure what model I have. But it works great!I can search for places, or spell the name of a place out I am looking for, they are awesome! Comment from Faiq: I have an hour glass fiurge but i was born to have that type of fiurge we all have different shapes some are pear shaped, some are slim and thin, we all fall into different body types even through exercise or eating i'm not sure if it's possible, but you need to learn to be happy with who you are and how you look make the best of yourself and the shape you already are.

My gf has one, and I don't believe she pays a subrpsiction fee or anything.Most models should be pretty similar, so just try to find a cheap Garmin or Tom Tom or Magellan. Features that are good are traffic checking and avoidance and ability to find nearby restaurants, retail, entertainment, etc.

Comment from Brice: It's hard to change your body shape. You need to do exseriecs that will work on your waist. Drink lots of milk and do some crunches that make your waist smaller. By making your waist smaller, you'll look like you have an hour glass figure.
